Terms and Conditions

1. General Information
The following General Terms and Conditions (GTC) apply to all contracts, deliveries, and other services. SchitliExpress GmbH hereby expressly objects to any differing provisions by the contractual partner. Deviations from these general terms and conditions shall only be valid if SchitliExpress GmbH has agreed to them in writing.

2. Conclusion of Contract
The offers of SchitliExpress GmbH are non-binding. Minor deviations and technical changes in the images or descriptions displayed in the shop (e.g. color, size) are possible. By clicking the "Submit Order" button at the end of the order process, you place a binding order for the goods in the shopping cart. SchitliExpress GmbH will immediately confirm receipt of the order via an automated email. This email constitutes confirmation of a purchase agreement and is excluded from the right of withdrawal.

3. Prices
All prices are net prices including statutory VAT and are stated in Swiss francs (CHF).

4. Payment
Payment is made in advance via bank transfer, Twint, credit card (Saferpay), or in cash upon delivery.
Exceptions apply only with a direct agreement with the owner of SchitliExpress GmbH.
Goods remain the property of SchitliExpress GmbH until full payment has been received.

5. Shipping
Shipping is exclusively handled by SchitliExpress. Deliveries to customers are free of charge, except for special circumstances such as cable car transport, car shuttle trains, ferry transport, permit fees, or similar. These additional costs will be passed on to the customer at 1:1 rates. Upon agreement, nighttime delivery is also possible.

6. Delivery / Dispatch / Quantity Information
SchitliExpress GmbH delivers exclusively within Switzerland. Deliveries to other countries can be requested via the contact form. Customers can generally assume that ordered goods are in stock and will be delivered within 2–6 working days after payment is received. Items labeled as "unique" in the product description are available only once. Products marked as discontinued will no longer be available in the future. If a product is temporarily out of stock, delivery may be delayed by 2–4 weeks. In such cases, SchitliExpress GmbH will inform the customer and coordinate the next steps individually. Claims for damages or compensation are excluded and will be fully rejected.

For pallet deliveries (curbside as standard), the ground must be paved, with no steps, gravel, or uneven surfaces. If not, additional labor will be charged at CHF 85/h incl. VAT.

For deliveries including stacking service, the price includes up to 50 meters from the unloading location. Distances beyond this will be charged as follows:

  • Up to 80m: CHF 45.00 per ster

  • Up to 100m: CHF 60.00 per ster (all prices incl. VAT)

The stacking area must be cleared by the customer in advance.

Quantity Information:
1 ster of beech equals approximately 450 kg filling weight. Small packages are weighed during filling. As wood is a natural product, weight loss may occur.

7. Partial Deliveries
SchitliExpress GmbH reserves the right to make partial deliveries if this facilitates faster order processing. No additional shipping costs will arise from this.

8. Defects in Delivered Goods
Defects must be reported to SchitliExpress GmbH immediately upon receipt. Later claims will not be accepted.

9. Right of Withdrawal
Orders not yet confirmed by us may be canceled in writing (via email or mail) within 5 days. In all other cases, clause 2 of these GTC applies.

10. Data Protection
Your personal data will not be sold to third parties. All data is treated confidentially. Data required for business transactions will be stored and, if necessary, passed on to affiliated companies as part of order processing.

11. Place of Jurisdiction
The exclusive place of jurisdiction is at the registered office of SchitliExpress GmbH.
